If you haven't had your roof replaced yet, remember that you have one year from the date of the claim to request any adjustments to the original claim. After the one year point, you can no longer request a supplement (if roofing materials prices have increased - which they have significantly) and you will not be able to receive your "recoverable depreciation" check (which is usually $1,000+).
